Laser Vision Correction

Laser vision correction (both PRK & LASIK) are permanent procedures that can change the way you view the world. The front surface of the eye is gently reshaped using a cool ultraviolet beam of light. This reshaping helps the eye focus properly; therefore, reducing or eliminating the need for corrective eyewear. Generally, the laser removes less than the thickness of one human hair from the cornea.

The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis. The laser can correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism, and most people return to normal activities within one to three days. The vast majority of patients who have had the procedure are able to pass driver’s test without glasses or contacts.

Our office provides monthly payment plans that make laser vision correction easily affordable.
