Exclusive to our patients, there are 8 parking spots right in front of our office inside the Cambridge Suites parking lot.
Each parking spot is clearly marked with Insight Optometry signage.
If our spots are full, on-street parking is available along Brunswick Street, and we offer parking validation for HotSpot app users. Please see our parking map for other nearby options including underground parkades.
Our space is fully wheelchair accessible with a lowered reception desk, barrier-free floors, and wide hallways and doorways.
Our private bathroom is gender-neutral and accessible.
Our adaptable exam room allows you to remain in your wheelchair for your eye exam. Our doctors are able to adapt their examination techniques to each patient’s needs so that everyone at our clinic has access to comprehensive eye care.
Our parking lot has space for curbside vehicle pick-up and drop-off. All of our standard-sized parking spaces are 7 to 10 meters from our front door.
If your parking requires a widened accessible space, please let us know, and we can ensure the space is available for your appointment.
A curb ramp is located just to the left of our front door, and there is a push-button automatic opener (button to the left side). You will enter a vestibule and pass through a second automatic door (button to the right side). You'll be greeted by a member of our team at the front desk, which is located in front and slightly to your right of the threshold. Every patient is guided by a team member to the correct location in our office depending on the appointment type.
