Do I need an appointment?
If you’re due for an eye exam, yes—we recommend booking ahead. If you simply want to browse and try on frames, drop-ins are welcome anytime!
🚗 Complimentary Parking
We have 8 complimentary Insight parking spaces available for patients:
- 5 spaces: Available all day
- 3 spaces: Available 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
Simply display your Insight parking permit while parked in a designated space. Indigo parking fees do not apply to these spaces.
Doyle Parkade: Complimentary parking is also available at 5415 Doyle Street. Ask our reception team for a prepaid parking pass at checkout.
Street parking: If you pay through the HotSpot app, we can validate your parking at reception.
